I find the learnings very insightful and interesting facts from social behavioural research. What I like is also the simple acronyms that offers quick reference point when our mind is hijacked.It's my first experience to these series and yet I find the structure and delivery of contents rather unconventional. The warmth, safety and professionalism in the conversations says much about the authenticity and compassion of the team.Thank you for sharing the wisdom

Outstanding. It's unusual to attend a workshop that holds my attention all the way through and leaves me wanting more at the end of each session and after four weeks.The program is content rich, yet delivered without rush; thought-provoking, yet assuring (as we are given practical tools to work with); and every aspect of one's needs are looked after (from bonding with the cohort prior to going into the boardroom to feeding our bodies with beautiful food when you already nourish our minds with wisdom).Thank you for a truly amazing experience. I've been practising WIN, listening to learn, PEAR and framing every day and can't wait for these to become muscle memory.Corporate Sherpas will always have an advocate in me. From the Venue, to relax environment and professional coaches, I have enjoyed the 4 week journey with Kanwar and Sarab. Both display tremendous knowledge and happy to share and understand, my personal challenges in work or home front.The way the training program is designed and delivered is unique but very effective, not coming from a science back ground, I manage to grasp and understand a lot.I would recommend all leaders to attend, specially with the uncertain time we are living in.Thank you Boys!!!
